Cookie & Storage Notice

This notice explains what data Equals2 stores on your device when you use our website and application. We believe in transparency and keeping things simple.

1. The Short Version

Equals2 does not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. We use browser local storage for one functional purpose: tracking how many free diagnostic attempts you have used. That's it.

2. What We Store

Supabase auth tokens	localStorage	Keeps you logged in between visits if you have a paid Account. Set by the Supabase authentication library.	Until you log out or the session expires

3. What We Don't Use

• No Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.
• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No social media tracking pixels.
• No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
• No third-party cookies of any kind.

4. How to Clear Stored Data

You can clear all locally stored data at any time through your browser settings. This will reset your free trial attempt count and log you out of any active session. Instructions vary by browser:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data → select "Cookies and other site data"
• Safari: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data

5. Changes to This Notice

If we introduce any new storage mechanisms (such as cookies for analytics), we will update this notice and, where required, seek your consent before storing non-essential data on your device.
